DELIVERY
Tarker will deliver to the address indicated by you within Singapore only, excluding a few restricted areas. We select our delivery service providers carefully, to ensure your order is handled by professionals.
Please refer to our website for the dimensions of the Product. It is your responsibility to ensure the Product can fit through lifts, staircases, and house doors before you place your order.
Delivery Fee

Our delivery fee is in Singapore dollar (S$).

Currently, we provide FREE standard delivery service for you!

Our standard delivery fee is S$30.00 per trip.

We will consolidate and deliver your items in one trip. If you wish us to deliver your items in multiple trips, standard delivery fees shall apply for each trip.
Rescheduling of Delivery

You may reschedule the delivery before the order has been shipped out from our warehouse at no additional charges.

For rescheduling of delivery after the order has been shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to reschedule the delivery as your order would already on its way to you.

We provide maximum 30 days free storage from the earliest date that your order can be delivered from our warehouse.

We reserve our right to cancel your order without refunds after 30 days free storage period, if we have not received any response from you.
Delivery and Assembly*

Our delivery partner will deliver your order within 1 to 3 working days after you placed order.

Our delivery partner will send you an e-mail or SMS or give you a phone call on the day of delivery.

If you are not present to receive your delivery or you had given us an incorrect delivery address, our delivery partner will return your items to our warehouse. We will contact you to reschedule your delivery, with an additional delivery fee of S$50.00 and a restocking fee of (i) 10% for order valued below S$500 or (ii) S$100 for order valued S$500 and above.

For non-lift accessible floor, an additional charge of S$10 per item, per non-lift accessible floor shall apply. You are required to pay the additional charge upon receiving the invoice from us. Please note that this service is limited to carrying up a maximum of 3 storeys/flights of stairs.

We reserve our right to cancel your delivery should there be any inaccessible delivery path or expected risk of hazardous (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway). In the event that the delivery is cancelled, we will refund to you the amount paid less the standard delivery fee and the restocking fee.

You are required to check the items carefully during the receiving. If any damaged Products happened, please inform our delivery partner immediately and note the damage or defect on the delivery order. Thereafter, you are also required to contact our Customer Service and provide us with the pictures or videos and a detailed description of fault for our further action.

You confirm that the items are in good condition and within acceptance level, upon signing on the delivery order. We reserve our right to reject any discrepancies reported thereafter, or any claims that are incurred after the delivery.

For the Product with on-site assembly services, we will contact you to schedule a time for the assembly service. This service includes Product assembly, moving the Product to your room of choice and packaging material removal.
